Haiku challenge
Today the challenge from Carpe Diem is about raking sand or stones to form a Japanese dry landscape garden.
I would love to see one of these gardens ‘in the flesh’. So far I’ve only seen photos.
My poem is:
One rake arranges
a million pebbles as
a sea of calm.
Such a beautiful haiku. thanks.

I love the idea of active meditation as when raking or sweeping or walking – thank you for suggesting the subject.

Thank you for your lovely comment. I can’t take credit for the subject, that was from the Carpe Diem blog. I agree it is a great one.
